2. scope of application
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between the seller and the customer. The inclusion of the customer’s own conditions is contradicted. The customer is considered a consumer if the contract is not concluded for commercial or self-employed activities.
3. conclusion of the contract
The ordering process for the conclusion of the contract includes the following steps in the store system:
Selection of the offer or product
Insertion of the offer or product into the shopping cart
Pressing the button ‘buy
Entering the billing and delivery address
Selection of the payment method
Checking and processing of the order and all entries
Pressing the ‘buy now’ button
Confirmation e-mail that the order has been received
Upon sending the order confirmation, the contract is concluded.

4. payment and prices
The customer has only the following options for payment: payment service provider (PayPal) or by credit card or direct debit via payment provider Stripe. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected. The invoice amount will be collected by the provider via direct debit based on the direct debit authorization by the customer from his specified account. If a trustee service/payment service provider is used, the trustee service/payment service provider enables the provider and the customer to process the payment among each other. In doing so, the escrow service/payment service provider forwards the customer’s payment to the provider. The prices include the German VAT, shipping is added to the check-out process.
5. subject matter of the contract
Subject of the contract are the goods ordered and paid by the customer.
6. quality, delivery and availability of the goods
The condition and dimensions of the presented goods are determined by the description and the pictures in the webshop. Slight deviations in the texture of the fabric or placement of the print may occur, since screen printing is used. These characteristics do not represent defects but minimal deviations may. Errors and mistakes regarding the availability of goods are reserved.
7. delivery and shipping costs
The goods will be shipped electronically immediately after confirmed receipt of payment and completion within 72 hours, unless otherwise communicated.
8. right of return
Readings are created individually and personalized for the customer. Therefore no return is offered.
9. right of cancelation
With the purchase, the customer expressly requires and agrees at the same time that the commissioned service will be started before the expiration of the withdrawal period and thus the right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
10. reservation of proprietary rights
Until full payment, the delivered goods remain the property of the seller.
11 Liability and final provisions
We assume no liability for any damage caused by the use of the purchased products, especially in case of improper use. Claims for damages are excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

13 severability clause
